We are a delinks delivery platform based in Kenya. Our core business is the delivery of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in Kenya. All our products are either obtained from importers, local manufacturers, suppliers, and wholesalers who are licensed. As of March 2020 and foreseeable future, Dial a Delivery liquor home delivery services do not manufacture any products every product we sell and distribute is outsourced from importers and wholesalers, our position to add value by delivering products to the desired client location. Delivery in Nairobi can take 30 minutes to 60 minutes. When there are delays, clients are notified prior to delivery. Delivery to other parts of the country takes 24 hours to 48 hours. Payment for orders below Ksh 100,000 is paid on delivery of goods. For any sale above Ksh 100,000, the client is required to pay a commitment fee prior to dispatch or payment plan is agreed by Dial a Delivery representative handling the sale. DIAL A DELIVERY LIQUOR HOME DELIVERY is registered and recognized as a legal entity by the government of Kenya. All the business activities carried out by the business are dictated by the laws and constitution of Kenya.
Our website and application should only be used or accessed with persons of 18 years and above, which is the legal drinking age in Kenya. If by any chance a minor orders a drink from us, the delivery will be considered null and void and automatically canceled; therefore all individuals should provide proper identification documents during delivery. On delivery the client might be requested to show an original national identity card to verify their age.
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to an individual’s health and impairs the individual’s judgment therefore, one should not drink and operate machines or drive. To all the end customers, we urge them to drink responsibly.
As Dial a Delivery service, we can charge you delivery fees. You might incur additional delivery charges depending on your location if the location is quite far from where we normally deliver and the size of your order this mostly applies for individuals who buy less than six beers. For clients in Nairobi and environs ( 6km radius ), deliveries are free unless the product purchases are below Ksh 1,500.
As Dial a Delivery, we reserve the right to change prices of any of our products without giving any notice or consent to our clients. However, we may notify the clients on the products that the prices have changed prior dispatch. The prices are reviewed at any time due to the change in the tax fees, buying price, and delivery costs.
Changes and cancelation of orders.
Changes or cancelation of orders should be done within the first 10 minutes from the minute the order was placed. As a client, if you wish to change your order, you should contact us immediately to confirm if your order has already been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched and you still wish to change it, you may be subject to an additional fee of the product you want or an additional delivery fee.
Service provider’s right to cancel or alter orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order made by a client or refuse to deliver the order. If, during delivery, we realize the individual is underage, the order will automatically be canceled. If the individual is an alcoholic or an addict of any substance, we will cancel the order. If the client is rude or violent to our staff, the rider, or the office staff, we will immediately cancel the order. If a client wants a specific product and it is out of stock, we will notify them that it is unavailable and offer other alternative products that match the client’s previous product and preference.
Payment methods and queries.
We accept payment by cash, M-Pesa, card, and PayPal. Any query that arises from any payment should be brought up, and be it should be settled in an interval of not more than 72 hours. If a client paid for a product before we confirm and it is unavailable, we will refund if they do not want any substitute product.
All payments should be made on delivery. We do not give any credit to our clients unless we have a written agreement with them. If any payment method fails or the client refuses to make the payment, the order will be considered null and void and therefore, it will be cancelled.
As a client, if you wish to gift someone using our services, you are required to provide the full names, exact location, and phone number of the gift recipient. If the gift is a surprise and you want your identity concealed, we will not inform the gift recipient however if the recipient refuses to accept the order we will contact the person who made the order to ask if we can give information about them. All payments of gift orders are required to be made before the order is dispatched; we will process the gift orders after confirmation of the recipient details and payment of our products and services.
Changes related to terms and conditions.
As Dial a Delivery, we reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without giving any of our client’s prior notice, as it is our mandate to review these terms from time to time.
Dial A Delivery Liquor Home Delivery is committed to protect the privacy of individuals who visit the website or uses the app. All clients shopping data is encrypted and can't and will not be shared to third party organization.
Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when accessing your account information, you can be assured that such information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. When using this website’s online facilities, data subjects may be required to provide their personal data for the purposes of offering better shopping experience.
